A two-year degree course  in Tunis, within the premises of the Ness El Fen Association that also hosts a contemporary dance troupe created in 1985 (Sybel Ballet Théâtre), a cinema school open ever since 1996 (Ecole Des Arts et du Cinéma – EDAC) as well as two festivals: the first one  devoted to contemporary danceand created in 2002 (les Rnecontres Chorégraphiques de Carthage-  RCC) and the second one devoted to documentary films and created in 2006 (Doc in Tunis).

This degree course, in its early version, is made up of seven modules: three in the first year and four in the second one. These modules are divided up over five days per week, with seven hours per day, which makes a total of thirty-five hours per week, and are made up of technical courses regularly provided by local teachers and choreographers and, during a limited period, by foreigners, and of workshops directed by international choreographers.

The cycles are ended with two or three productions made by local or regional  choreographers in the first year and by international ones in the second, with the objective of organizing local and then regional tours.

Besides, the CMDC  revolves around  the RCCs which will give our students the opportunity of participating actively in the festival ( during the 2007 session) and of  presenting  in 2008, as choreographers and/ or interpreters , an individual production which will be scheduled outside the festival of les Rencontres Chorégraphiques de l’Afrique et de l’Océan Indien, in the presence of more than one hundred and fifty decision-makers in terms of programmes.
